Hello peeps! I thought i'd post up this thread in the MK1 owners' this month! It's the first time this meet has been posted here but i hope it appeals to some of you!

Hopefully the weather will be as good as today! If you're a newbie to the meet, please feel free to come and join in, we're a friendly bunch and anyone with the slightest VAG interest is more than welcome!

The meet is situated at South Mimms Services on J23 on the M25 which is easily accessible even on the A1(M) and a few country lane roads. Space isn?t an issue as there are plenty of clubs that meet there on a regular basis and with all the facilities like any other service station makes it perfect place for us VAG guys to meet up in all kind of weathers.

At the end of the day it?s the people that attend that make the meets a success and plus give us a good excuse to have a Sunday afternoon's drive.

We all hope to see you all on Sunday 14th August from 2pm onwards, as you go in the car park, keep to the right and you?ll see us along the back of the car park about 1/2 way down!
