INVITE - Bring your club Oct 28th Derbyshire

Hi

We would like to inform you of a VW gathering on Sunday October 28th from 2.00pm at The Clock Warehouse, London Road, Shardlow, Derbyshire. DE72 2GL.

We are sending invites to several clubs in the hope that they will join the gathering and make this a meet to remember.  A large function room has been booked at the venue just in case the weather is forecast rain or you would just like to sit and chat or have a meal.

We welcome families and children are allowed at the venue.  There will be several activities such as face painting, best car of the meet, a quiz, colouring in etc (activities are subject to change or cancellation).

Please let your members know about this meet and come along as a club.  You are more than welcome to bring your club banner and leaflets etc to advertise your club.  Brik a brac is welcome if you want to try and sell your items (please limit this to boot space only ? no trailers etc).
