Dubs on the Beach 2011

I have been searching to see when it's in and arrived on the T4 forum. In there its says no dubs on the beach this year  :dontknow: apparently due to the play park not being built so far and space not guaranteed. How's about Torquay seafront instead of Paignton. Don't suppose Antibes got contact details for dotb organisers. Just because the venue is not available there's bound to be somewhere legal to hold the event.  Failing that I suggest a mass cruise around the Southwest around the time that dotb usually happens.
