Derby, Notts Leics Meet 20th Feb at 5pm The Quorndon Fox

Does anyone fancy a local meet for Derby, Leics and Notts people? And anyone else who wants to come? My name is Bruce ( you can call me Red ) and the better half is Sarah. We are new to the Mk1 scene. We have been VW fans for a long time but never owned a Mk1 till now. Oh the joy! We are keen to meet people and join in all the meets. We are regulars at Santa Pod and Bus stop over. If there is anyone interested there is a lovely pub called The Quorndon Fox which is 2 minutes off the A6 near Loughborough, or 10 minutes from the M1 junction 23. There is a huge car park if you want to turn up in your smoker, and the people in there are very nice. Its not a ruff town pub. Please let us know. Jellybelly if your out there I think you should show your face as we have spoken on the site a few times. Bring that Chortle character with you too.

That would be good to meet up but i wont be able to go anywhere until after the 14th of Feb as i have exams at the moment and after they have finished i get to go home to finally see my golf

Hi Sturen, when can you make it? Im free anytime. Just let me know and I can spread the word. My Golfs not ready yet either. Will probably be in the Mondeo!

I am not fussed with what time we meet up but earlier would probably be good so we can actually see each other
