curburough sprint track .

Hi all , correct me if i'm wrong but i think Club gti are at curburough ( a38 fradley) 4th april 09 . any one else going? great to meet folk ( bit of a newbie myself) all best Nath.

You're not wrong, although you did panic me by posting this into the show/meet pics area! I thought I'd missed it!!!!!

I'll see if I'm free when we get a bit closer to the date……….may pop along as a spectator.

I'd say its a national event, rather than just regional. Or at least, multi-region…

im going be nice to see a few other owners  

 im going !  Hopefully be the Mk1s first outing, if i get it running in time !

Done it a couple of times before in an Audi diesel and Mk2 16v, a good day out and well worth a go if youve never tried a trackday before.  Only one car out at a time so at least you dont have to worry about somebody crashing into you !

Looking at the list of runners & riders on CGTI looks like there is going to be around 13 mk1's on the track    

wish I was going now :cry:

Just booked in for this as well in the GL  

might rain now according to the weather man  8O  so that will make it intersting…..

Not long now! They're saying rain 'til 10am or so, then dry for the rest of the day. SO a couple of laps on the wets, then switch and get better and better times thru the afternoon!

How many are going to watch?
