A little more info folks:
Previous youtube track video:

Previous event photos:
Track action:
It's a great day of show dubs and grass roots motorsport, it's completely different to any other show on the calendar, and very cheap (?5 / ?3 members).
I know it clashes with ED38 - but drop a few scene points, go here on Saturday, over to ED38 for the evening beers and do the show Sunday. I can't think of a better, more varied Dub weekend.

The show and shine was very quiet but the track action was well busy, I think there were 30 or so cars sprinting. Definitely some serious hardware out there too. The short rain shower made things interesting for driving but didn't actually cause any incidents in itself. Everything went smoothly although if you watched closely, you could see loads of errors from various drivers.
Its an easy track to drive to 90% but its slippy and narrow and its hard to get the last 10% from your car and improve your times. I did 6 runs, out of those I missed a gearchange once (3rd to 4th approaching the chicane, rather than 2nd!) and lost count of the number of times the back end stepped out, losing me a little time on each occasion. Out of the 6 runs I did, I put together 2 cracking runs (within 0.1sec of each other) and the others weren't too far behind either.
It was great to catch up with the CGTI lot once again. I found Bert too and said hello but didn't find the others.
Many thanks to the organisers for a good event.
