also tried out that fuel pump relay you lent me, the pump now primes before I turn the engine over so gives it a bit more of a chance to get the pressure up
pints all yours if you can get to the bottom of it :y:

Just to double check, you've replaced: -
Fuel pump
Check valve
Accumulator
Filter
Metering head
Injectors
There's only the WUR and the tank left, and I can't see that either would give you the symptoms you have… :?
I'm confused!!!
