Any meets coming up in herts, beds area?

interested in meeting other members and their cars.
Just got mine and not really been in the meeting scenes before but would like to as it would be nice to find out more info on bits i need and where from.

theres a herts meet in bishops stortford, near stansted stansted airport, cud be abit of a trek depending where your coming from, think theres one near MK too if its closer,

We have just started a regional meet in Milton Keynes, Caldecote Arms (windmill pub) 1st Tuesday of the month (6th Jan)

Meeting from 7.30 onwards, Should be a good turn out as there are quite a few members around this area.

i'm in henlow, isn't cranfield on the way to bedford?
and how many people go to the meet? and is it friendly or boyracer style stuff?
might be interested in going, what happens at these meets do you actually meet inside the pub or chat outside in the cold?

only meet i have been before to was at ace cafe when it was a german night and i wanted to see some mk1 golfs to get some ideas on things to do to mine, due to the cold weather spent most of the time in the cafe though!

yes Cranfield is between bedford and MK
this will be the first meet, and i would say friendly, if you want to go and do donuts go to mcdonalds  

i think initially it will be outside until we get established, and then we can do our own show and shine, treasure hunt rally, goto shows in convoy, rolling road and trackdays it all depend what you want and then organise for the club or let me (ant5) or rajan (dubboy) organise for the region.

BUMPety bump bump

sorry could not make it, weather was crap and car was in pieces as i was finishing off the headunit install, which still has not been done yet!
next i need some help fitting the vdo guages i have anyone give us a hand?
