Wiring loom issue

Hi all, I'm trying to locate a garage/ auto electrician to manufacture and install a new loom for the vr6.
I seem to have inherited some shoncky wiring.
Any one out there know of some one that can help, it would be much appreciated.
I'm in Surrey/sw London.
