Hi all I've had the car for a few years now so so thought I would start a thread about it.
the car when I first picked it up.
I drove the car around for a bit like it was but how low the car was and the roads where I live kept wearing a hole in. The down pipe so the 2nd time welding it up the time had come to bite the bullet and look at having air ride installed.
after looking round I went too Luke at plush automotive and had him install the air ride.
At its first meet after having air fitted
next was the wheels I wanted a set of BBS RS so on the Hunt I went managed to find a set in hungry that I liked so got them shipped over
had two weeks to get them refurbed before ultimate dubs so had a company do them.

A few pics of my car at ultimate dubs
After ultimate dubs I managed to track down a couple of seat covers in matching material so got them changed over
Old seat
Seat covers
Seats back in
Brought a set of twin carbs and manifold ready to put on the engine in the winter
And the manifold after a few hours on the polishing mop
And this years winters project taking the engine out cleaning it and a bit of polishing and smoothing the engine bay
We taken the rain tray out in one so it could be welded back in in the future if wanted

Bit of an update bin Busy at work started work on polishing the gearbox so far spent about 13 hours on it.
First bit of sanding
All done with sandpaper so far and a belt sander
Still a lot to be done on it and a final going over on the mop. Brought a new water pump and been polishing that up at work when got a spare 5 mins
Started to plate up the engine bay
