I just thought I'd share my little project with you all. This is my first classic vw, so please go easy on me.
I brought her in November and she was looking tired. I have since tried to bring her to life again . Here are a few pics for you to see. And a little bit of info.
She had a leak, which we established the scuttle cover was missing. So that wasn't too bad. But the weather totally destroyed the roof( even tho I was replacing anyway, just come a little earlier than expected) I have since put a new hood on her. As you can clearly see the wheels were battered ( to be polite) so we had her shoes refurbed too. The car came with no bumpers, which we also replaced but looking at old pics I kinda like the no bumper look! Anyways I will let the photos do the talking, enjoy!

Here are some more pics of the interior after finding a swimming pool in the passenger footwell. I had to remove the underlay and replace it, but luckily there were no holes or rust and had been under sealed. I will be doing that again but not a major issue at the moment.

I hope you've enjoyed seeing my project, any advice is welcome. I will be updating as I go along.

Bilstein B4's struts with eibach lowering springs is what I've been told is a good balance.
Around -40mm drop and good quality but not bone shaking.
When I change my current set up on my Sportline, I'm getting them.
Check them out on here
