My $400 Triple White

Wasn't looking for another cabby but how could I say no… 1984 Triple White Wolfsburg Edition… new roof, windshield, and a bunch of parts… needs a battery and a decent detailing..

That seems like a steal at $400 as I’ve seen ones over here whilst researching cars before I bought one in bad shape for a load more money than what you have there so you seem to have got a bargain.

Still can’t get used to the Rabbit badge however, just doesn’t look right in my view but otherwise the car looks decent so hope it gives you many miles of enjoyment.

Made a red stripe grille for it

For that price what's wrong with it or is it they are not worth a lot of money where you live?

Looks better with the red grill surround, just a lower spoiler needed now.  

Took it for a quick spin around the block… runs and drives fantastic so far… just musty smelling .. being parked for 3 yrs will do that

mk1 tintops are worth a bloody fortune… Cabriolets not so much

My White Bunny seems to have been a cherished car… looking through a box of parts I found a binder with every receipt since 1994… tires.. batteries.. roof.. .mufflers.. oil changes… gaskets and even a new cylinder head… and then the parts.. hundreds of dollars worth…I was actively trying to sell her put I think I'll keep her a bit… very happy I invested in the leather interior
