Loose cable

Howdy folks , I seem to have a loose cable in the boot it's fixed at one end to some earth wires beside relays ( hydro roof) not sure where it goes any ideas? Also  fluid is below min  where do I fill it up from? 

Also any idea what these lilac wires are for? One either side of back seat
