i am thinking about a full rebuild back to standard.
Nice one!
It doesn't look so bad. How did it go with the MOT?

Should be sorted in a couple of hours.
Paint up the rusty components in the engine bay, biggest things look like the fan shroud and the rocker cover. Both easy to remove, sand back and paint up with a spray can.
A good clean up of the body work will work wonders. Might even be worth a professional valet maybe? You'll be amazed at the difference.
get youself some of this to treat any rusty areas http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VACTAN-RUST-CONVERTER-AND-PRIMER-1LITRE-RUST-TREATMENT-/121025597300?hash=item1c2db00f74:m:mYYpZUgj75pkU5IhpgzgyUQ
works really well and transforms rust back to useable metal. It's ready for priming and painting then.
Is the interior the original one? Never seen one like that before. It looks very nice.
