Golf mk1 2h/aba conversion timing marks

Hello there
Ive been assembly my new 2h/aba engine, and i have little trouble with timing marks and belt. I have a two marks on a flywheel, 1lile arrow and 2 like 0. When at turn the flywheel on the 0 mark, then a crank pulley is on the mark, and dizzy too, but cam pulley is a half teeth away from mark. 
The Aba block os a little bit highere. And using a 2.0 timing belt.
