Ashtray to Cupholder?

Is there a replacement which makes your ashtray a Cupholder?

I think Bouchay may of done one. Have a search of his posts.
I'm sure I've seen it done before  

Now I'd be up for one those bad boys.

You can get them on ebay. They're a single din cup holder but fit the ash tray hole.

Just search din cup holder, there are hundreds of them.

The ones on flee bay seem to be more for replacing the radio rather than replacing/adapting the ash tray which is what Bouchay did to his one in his link on here.

My mate made it for me! He was going to make a load of them as I knew I'd be able to sell them for good money like hot cakes! 😉 

If anyone is seriously interested I can ask how much he wants to make one! And you can choose the wood 😊 I went for mahogany as it matches my GripRoyal 😜

Just ordered one.. Can you give any recommendations on how to mount it in the console? Saw another video online where they took the mechanism apart, used velcro and wedged in at the dash split. I know you posted 5 years ago, hope you can give some advice!
