Il post some photos

Just enjoy driving it as that's what a cars all about…. What would you do in the evening and weekends if you didn’t have a Mk1 to tinker with….

1978 Mk1 Scirocco GLS 1.6cc FR, Webber carb. Weekend toy.

Good to hear you are driving it, no point in keeping a car locked up in a garage, polishing it and never driving it so no one sees it and you don't enjoy it….
If you intended to keep it for for some time then there's plenty of time to get it tip top…  :)

Yes it's my only car mate it's my daily driver just like yours and I'm definitely not selling it I'm in it for the long haul ….

It's so hard creating a show car…..and then keeping it that way. If it's a daily driver it's pretty much impossible. I have had mine stripped to bare shell and even then it's hard unless your doing it all yourself or have BIG money to spend on others doing it. The better you make one area the more the areas not so great stand out!
