Umm…….don't Mk1 GTi cables work?
I am fitting mk2 Golf rear stubs and discs / calipers

think mk2 rocco handbrake cables are abit longer than mk1 cables as the mk2 golf rear brake calipers are mounted behind the centre of the stub axle and with drum brakes the cable would be fitted in front of the centre of the stub axle going through the axle brake back plate,…………think that's right it's been awhile

They are good repros. not fitted a rear one but the fronts fit ok. cant see why the rears wouldnt.
