Mk1 Golf Black Carpets and underlay

I am currently in need of some carpet underlay/sound deadening for my golf. I would also like to replace the carpet which is in a real mess at the moment. If you could helps then I would appreciate a reply or contact me on Robert.smith@mottmac.com

Wickes roof flashing works really well for sound deadening, just roll it down and it sticks to my understanding (yet to do the job, so hopefully someone that has can back me up, but a fair few people i have spoken to vouch for it)
