1991 clipper cabriolet performance parts (wish list!)

I'm planning on getting the best out of my stock 1.8 8v carb engine this summer. From what i've learned reading through this forum is that I could probably drop a bigger, faster block in for the same or maybe less cost, but I dont want to do that(after much thought and research) because I just wanna take some time on my old girl and make her sound bad ass and move a little quicker! so the upgrades im gonna treat her to are as followed:

4-2-1 stainless manifold
Hydraulic kent cam kit, pulley etc 
Twin weber/dellorto 40 carbs and manifold to suit
Front disc brake upgrade and calipers 
Decent coilovers as mine are just plain horrible, maybe just rear ones would do as the front feels pretty good, I also plan to fit new bushes as I hope this may aid the current stiff situation!

If anyone has any of the above that would be great, but I do understand its quite the wish list! but I thought I would give you a try because quite honestly 
I cant afford to buy it all brand new! but a good price will be paid for good products.
