Newbie from Yorkshire

Hi I'm a long time VW fan but new to this computer lark.

My son has just bought his first Mk1 1.5GL and I need to find a good reliable garage to sort out a few issues. the ones I have been to in my village don't want to know because it is modified. Coilovers Wheels etc. I am in Yorkshire but willing to travel if need be.
