What mk1 you got?

Hi all. I've got an 1983 c. Which some nice person has converted to VR6.
It's still at the build stage at the mo, I'll be getting road worthy and mot'd after my holiday in August, and then just run it as rat car for now.

It will more than likely get a full strip down and re build over the winter.
I'm not too sure which way I'm going to go with it, striped out track car, or nice show car.
One thing it's defiantly getting is a turbo
I'll try and get some pics up later in the week.

Well what a nice person they are!

I'm torn which way you should go soon, track hungry monster or a spotless show car, touch decision!

Either way keep us updated on your progress with it over the winter and maybe post a build thread?

Welcome and have look through the projects section, you may get a few ideas there. There is also the modding and conversion section too to have a look at for technical stuff.

Unfortunately I can't attend the annual gathering as it's right in the middle of my holiday.
It would be nice to get to some local meets though?
Not sure what's about in my area surrey/ south west London.
