Unleaded help please
The seller supplied me with a bottle of engine additive!
Does this engine need leaded fuel?
Is it a good idea to use additive?
If this does need leaded fuel is there a conversion that will allow the use of unleaded without additive.
Thanks

I used to put Redex in my blue GTI when leaded first disappeared, but I was assured I didn't need it so stopped. Never had any problems.
I've never put any additive in the white one. I do find it runs best on BP Ultimate though. Bit like a bag of spanners on Tescos and the like!
