Welcome to the greatest Mk1 Club, your going to get as big a kick out of this club as you will your Mk1.

When you get it, post up some pictures so we can all enjoy it. Also it's a great way to see how the car changes over the years!

I do recommend becoming a full member of the Club to get the best out of it.

All the best with the car.

Hi mate, not 100% of tin tops vs cab's, know they sold the cabby for longer, so potentially yes, i am sure someone will answer in more detail soon

Also details of who your Regional Host is or are, feel free to contact them about meets in your area also.

I think youre more likely to see a cabriolet on the road as they were mad for an extra 10 years, many im sure have been summer toys at somepoint in their life so will have less miles + cabby's are cheaper and more widely available and because some are only 20 years old they are still being used s daily cars :)

oh… and welcome to the club :D
