my girlfriend has got a CC golf cabby, i have got the rear bench seat and the passenger seat with the CC logo on it not doing anything (its up in the loft!!!). As for the power steering have a look at this
http://vwcaddy.bravehost.com/
this bloke has done it in his caddy pickup and it is brilliant (i have done it too!! im the second person in the uk to have electric power steering in a mk1) no messy pump or spilling fluid under the bonnet bacause its all hidden under the dash!!!!
As for the clipper kit, i have got fornt and rear clipper bumpers and a pair of sideskirts but no wheel arches (i used the arches for a custom kit on my cabby project!) let me know if u need anymore info!!
