Restore??Sell???What to do????

93/K plate less than 90k orginal millage
very good condition inside and out only a few scratches and minor dents ..want to know if i upgrade engine & running parts will i be taking the value out or will it enhance the desirability of it ???? sell up as is or send some money improving the mechanical part of the car????Help catch 22???

Cheers ben, i would like to clean up the engine bay , replace old parts paint and polish were needed….would this be considered a modification or would it still be within the "standard" …improving the brakes is another on the wish list any idea about a rear breaks conv???   :dontknow:    

if your lookin for info on brakes and stuff check the posts in the running gear should find what your lookin for mate. nice motor by the way defo keep it stock its the way they where made and the way they should be   !

I have to agree with the others, as soon as you start messing around with it the value will drop.
Keep it standard as much as you can.
I know these already go for alot of money, dont ruin it as they are so rare
if you want a plan around, buy an old normal MK1 and change what you want - as they are more common and won't matter

ok then…cheers ….. so all i can do is replace like for like parts to fresh n up the running it….  

by the way what do you think its worth ???? just curious really they seem to vary alot ?!?!?!?
