Hi All,
My Golf MKI Convetible strirring wheel seems very stife when the car is stationed, also i feel the front shocks are bad. Can anyone advice.
Also how easy will it be to change the shock absorbers.

hi welcome, i dont have power steering on mine and they are heavy especialy when stationery, it also make the steering heavier if you have wider tyres on like i do or if the tyre pressure is too soft these all make the steering heavier :wink:

If the steering is worse in one direction than the other or if it goes off center and comes back again you may have more serious issues. There is a weld that holds the rack that can give way, it's quite common and has happened to me.
