posting in the classifieds? :S

im trying to post a reply on a classifieds ad but when i press reply
it takes me to a page saying i must be an administrator to post in that forum
do i need a certain amount of posts before i can reply in there?

you can't post replys in the cars for sale section that why you get this message

would be best to send a pm to the owner
