Not strictly new.....more returning.

Hi guys, as some of you know i sold my mk1 to gilmour74 on here back in summer, mainly due to storage reasons, company car etc. However i didnt last long and bought another mk1 about 4 weeks ago and also blagged a council garage so its all good and my new motor is here to stay so hope to see you all in 09 at the shows and meets. ben

New mk1 - Its slightly longer, and very much slower but i love it
1.6 diesel, 1 previous owner, original paint (gambia red) Full service history and the original bill for ?5430.


After a good clean, mini strip down & machine polish, think i might leave the bumpers off, i quite like it bare and simplistic!

Thats well nice! what width are those alleycats and what size tyres are you running? It looks good without the bumpers but it looked better with them. the original paint looks great!

Nice! Shame you had to sell the GTI…bit of a drastic change to a diesel aswell! I think an awful lot of things will feel slow after the GTI! But a nice lookin Jetta!  8)  Is it a five speed?

Glad to see you've bought that Jetta, I was so close to having it myself, but funds wouldnt allow at the time.. Gutted cos it looks awesome too!!!
