noob with rivage
wassup!!
i'm picking up my latest purchase tomorrow… a mk1 Rivage 8)
I hail from the world of Golf GTi as I also own a mk3 8v but fancied something a little different!
this is my mk3
i previously owned a 1982 mk1 C - my first car about 18 years ago and i loved it
I am also detailing mod over at golfgtiforum.co.uk so some of you may know me from there
the rivage seemed in good nick when I viewed it and decided to purchase.. i am fully aware that things will need doing on it though
the plan is to keep it stock standard, maybeeee coilies, and make it mint and primarily enjoy it.
I will have a look around but I am sure I will be calling for help from some of you at some point… probably for brake help initially!

will keep as close to stock standard as possible.. maybe coilies… will see how she handles, maybe lower strut brace :? and that will be it
new roof (if needed) and front and rear bumper respray are first
will probably do a brake upgrade at some point in time too

i too have just picked up a classic green rivage leather but mine is missing the original wheels and steering wheel. By far the best cabriolet edition
