hi all new to the forum and mk1's im planning on buyin a mk1 next week all goes well not a gti though unfortunatly. anyhow though it be a good idea to join u guys.

so what you planning on buying then….

as tian has said there is nothing wrong with the smaller engine mk1's

its abit rusty so all welding needs doin firstly iv got the feeling its guna turn into a full resto which would be cool but want it low and wide  when its done.

its a 1 litre just wanted a mk1 for years, gti would of been the first choice if i had the money.

1 litre??
