Hi, I am a retired teacher, keen on DIY repairs to my 1992 1.6 auto. I joined so that I may "learn"  more about the Mk1 .
I reside in Durban, Soth Africa.

Hi and welcome.  We have quite a few members from South Africa.  The cars tend to be rust free but I hear parts can be a nightmare to get a hold of.  Hope you can fix the issues.  Welcome and best of luck…. do you have any pics of how she is now?
