Newbie!

Hey all! Just got myself a nice little 83' Cab 1.6GL project car and i thought the best thing would be to join a well established forum for a good old chin wag and lots of helpfull advice and banter to help me on my way. Wish me luck!  :wink:

Thanks for the good luck wishes! This is how it is at the mo, it was quite complete but i have removed the parts that need replacing including the hood. I will be needing a rear seat too cos that was missing and maybe a pair of fronts as someone put a pair of Gti ones in, minus the rears….. So will be on the look out soon!

Sweet u need all the luck you can get lol any major mods planned?

Im gonna try and keep it standard with a few cheeky mods, boolers, suspension, clear lights, early type bumpers….. that sort of thing. Im just gonna recon the motor and freshen and dress it up a bit. I will keep the pics coming with updates as soon as the log book comes!

Thanks! Im gonna get in touch with him as soon as i have established which parts i am going to need and change. Should be soon tho, the money is burning a hole in my pocket, but i have to wait till i have cleared out its new home....
