Hi guys thanks for the warm welcome, im having abit of trouble getting the car to my house its a mk1 GTI with all the service, MOT, parts and wolfsburg documentation, needs a little repair work to the passenger inner wing  :wink: , here are some pics of the engine for you guys, sitting in the kitchen, lol

hey all, went to see the car at my mates garage and got some pics, let me no wot u think, inner wing is only place where serious repair is needed, ive got the replacement panels, just need to get on with it.  

Nasty looking inner wing.  Make sure you check out all the seams where they join the bulkhead as they can seriously weaken the car if corroded.  They can look fine under all that sealant.

Keep us posted with pics.

the repair panel's Hadrian do should be enough for the inner wing, they do a top section and front section

Like crazy suggested though make sure it's solid along the edge by the bulkhead

the rest of the car looks pretty clean though!

the guy i bought the car off was good enough to give me all the extra bits with the car, this also included new inner wing front section repairs, however i have contacted a few places including Hadrian and they cant seem to ge any top mount repairs, i think a visit to crazyquiff is in order
