Newbie with pics of my car

Hi everyone im new to the site so i thought is share some pics of my MK1 project with you all. Its stilla long way off but getting there slowly.

Thanks, restorations been on hold for far too long but its underway again now so hopfuly should be done within a few months if the cashflow holds out lol

got to finish monting the engine propely, finish the fuel system re-do the driveshafts uprights etc. pipe up all the brakes, fit the exhaust, finish a few minor bits of body work, mount the 280 mm brake calipers, put the rest of the interior back in and fit all the exterior trim.  Oh yeah the issue of finding somone who can do the wiring for me without pulling my pants down over price or doing a half arsed job. Prob loads of little things that i carnt remember as well lol.

Its taken long enough ive had the car since 2003 and its not yet been on the road! it was bought as a shell with a shabby interior and a few bits an not much else. It was suppost  to be a quick throw together using cheap used standard parts, but then i did what i always do when in doing a car an went well over the top and spent far too much money and still havent finished.

Its a disease lol I'm always the same buy it just to tidy up and to drive.  At last count it costin me about 7000 and no were near finished

...just a little left to do then!

I wish!!! lol have most of bits gathered up just lot hard work to do now lol
