NEWBIE WITH A MK1 CAB AND MK2 :-)

Hi guys i joined the site a weeks or so ago i own a mk2 golf GTI on a B plate and have just been given a mk1 cabriolet 1.5??? (i havnt had a chance to look at the log book yet) LOL on a c plate!
im loving the info everyone gives on hear top notch! i do vehicle bodywork for a living, i ended up starting my own company at the end of 2009 after a year and a bit of teaching it at a local london college, i loved it!
Bodywork and cars are my love, my life, my passion so if anyone one needs to ask a question i'd be glad too help :-)
p.s are there any mk1 meets around london? and would a mk2 be aloud???

Welcome, let's see pics of both Golf's.

There is the Berks mk1 if you don't mind a drive or there is the Berks bugs meet which a few of us go to near maidenhead.  There is also the odd Ace cafe meet.

i hope this works! its taken me ages to upload all these photos lol theres some eraly ones of my mk2 before a repainted her with the stripe down the side and the mk1 is the one ive been given :-D

nice one james i may pop down to one of the berks meet i have a friend who lives in bracknell so it could be a good excuse! im in watford so i go quite regular to the ace cafe :-)
