newbie in newcastle

hi all my names Alan from Newcastle and i have not long bought a 1990 white clipper , the body work is in great nik but the cylinder head has gone so going into the garage next week to get sorted , and polished for the summer, great site been meaning to join for a while as i spent a year browsing on here before i bought it , so a credit to yous , and also thinking of coming to AGM . ps can anyone tell me how to get pics on here

Deffo go to the AGM, it's a great laugh.
To post you need to open a photo hosting account like photobucket.
Just upload your pics from your puter onto the site and click on img link when you point your mouse pointer over the picture, it should say copied.
With the body of text all ready open in your post right click and select paste.
It should give you a red lot of text.
Go to preview post and that will show you what your post will look like Inc the piccy.
If satisfied just click submit, easy when you get the hang of it, so look forward to some pics of the cabby then eh?

That deffo worked, Lol.
You can drop down a line in your open post by hitting the enter button on your puter and then pasting your img line and repeating that for each piccy.
you shouls end up with the red script lines under each other.
That way all your piccies are on the same post and you won't need to enter a new post for every picture.
Just a little tip for you.

Cabby looks very tidy, Avus Snowflake wheels too.

I took a 2 man tent a couple of years ago to the AGM, only to find it very small and cramped, I ended up sleeping in my car Lol.

thanks for the advise as my son is 5 and a 2 man wouldnt sleep his action figures let a lone me aswell , how ever thats all i have so maybe tent shopping in between cabby part shopping , thanks for your help
