newbie in lincolnshire

hi all,iam finally going to get my first mk1 golf convertible this year,just wondering where or is there any place i should or should not buy from etc etc??

i dont know where to start

what sort of things you looking at buying??

Welcome to the club!, you could make a start by looking on here at the cars for sale
section, they are more likely to be "enthusiast" owned, and therefore cared for a bit
more, rarther than just a car for transport etc.., there are normally around 30 MK1`s
on ebay at any one time, but take care if you dont know what you are looking for.
There is a buyers guide on the home pahe, take a look at that and familiarise yourself
with the key ponts. Best of all get yourself on the forums and ask a few questions about
what you are looking for or prefer etc.. . Best of luck and keep us posted!.
