newbie here HELP!

hi everyone. ive just brought a mk1 cabriolet 1985. it needs a bit of work doing to it(mainly a complete respray). this is my first project car and not really sure of what to do. i.e wheres the best place to buy parts, how to make it look better, best place and price for a respray etc.

if anyone can help it would be much appreciated

theres, big boys toys, crazy quiffs, just type in mk1 golf parts in google, comes up withlotsof parts, coilovers and wheels are always a good place to start, work from the ground up hope this helps, lewis
