Newbie from the Caribbean (PUERTO RICO)

Greetings to all.
Yes, I am a newbie from faaaar away.

Looking for a car club, I found this one, that is so organized and great, that I had to be a member of.
I check with your Official Parts Partner "Crazy Quiff" and they can send me the parts all the way here.
Also can sound crazy, but I will like to attend, at least one of your local meets. I work with an airline and I will have no problems to do so. There are also a few coworkers with MK1s that will love to go to.
Here we are a lot of Golf MK1 lovers in Puerto Rico that…, you never know, you could have a branch overseas.

I know that here I will find the people that can guide me in this project.

as to our local meets, we have a annual gathering of mk1's from the 23rd july till the 25th

last year people came from milan and netherland

if you do want to come over for that i'm sure someone would pick you up from the airport

As JellyBelly says, the Anual Gathering in July should be a brilliant place to meet people, make friends, chill out and enjoy yourself.  Would be great if you could make it  :wink:

I bean working whit this project for a year. The interiors are great, found the original radio, well, I am trying to put it as original as possible. The next thing will be body and painting. It has a few details and it will go with the same color. I will post photos later on so you can see it.

As per the Annual Gathering, I really looking forward to go. So I hope to see you all there.
