newbie cabby owner

eyup everyone.
thought i'd join up as ive now finaly managed to get hold of a mk1. ive had it since january and just got it through mot,just needed hanbrake cables.ive wanted a mk1 gti for years but when cabriolet was offered for 300quid i couldnt say no,a right bargain shes solid.im havin problems now though,will only go into 3rd and 4th gears and stick is really sloppy from side to side.   hopin its just link bushes but will have to see.
