Newbeee after info! (Again!)
My name is matt and i live near birmingham, im 21 years old and a lover of indie music!
Ive got a 1302s 1600 beetle at the moment (please don't mock!) but am looking to get a mk1 golf gti, ive come on here to find out what to look for when buying them, as i know absolutely nothing at all about water-cooled cars in general, so any help at all will be mucho appreciated! I just know that you guys are going to be just as helpful as the air-cooled nutters! Maybe even more so!?!?!
thanks in advance guys,
matt
p.s. If someone thinks this thread would be better in chat, please let me know! Thanks.

Everybody on here is really helpful. If you have a problem/question they'll sort you out in no time!
On the right hand side of the home page there is a link 'Buying a GTI' which gives you advice, what to look for/avoid etc
Good luck in finding yours! Pics when you get it!!
