Hi there, just embarking on my first project 1986 mk1 cabriolet gti 1.8 dx engine which I have bought from a friend who bought it but didn’t get round to doing anything with it. So you will be hearing a lot more from me and I’d hope to make a projects forum when I get started.

Hopefully won’t be finding too much rust but do have a mug welder so would try give it ago repairing myself
