New member says hello and seeks advice..

greetings from sunny south london..
just bought a D (87) reg Clipper from a mate,and one of the front indicator bulb mountings is knacked,the plastic part is perished/broken so no contact with bulb..does this make sense?
any tips?just rang German Swedish they dont do one (so i was told) ?
dont laugh if the answer is dead simple,any info on breakers/tips on making replacement etc gratefully received - or can you still get them fron VW ? (i am getting the phrase "rarer than hens teeth")

Welcome to the forum 'Lord!' I'm sure VW still do them??? Give them a try they often still have what you don't expect. Otherwise, try Eurocarparts or I'm sure somone here will have a 2nd hand one.
