I have a 1989 Karmann, pretty good condition as you see by pic. 2 owners from new 137000 on clock. need to do door seals and Gear Box on way out I thinks.

If the box feels a bit stiff or load I would check the oil level in it first. Could save swapping the boxes!

Yes it jumps outta 3rd and 5th a way bit. Took it to a reputable garage to have Oil Changed was advised to do gear linkage. I did this went to pick car up and I said did you do the oil change and he said no just linkage
