New boy

Hi Everyone, I'm new to posting on here but I do recognise some of you, for a start, there can only be one person on the whole of the internet that would call himself "Hairyarse"
A brief history of my motors would be MK1 Golfs (many), then a Beetle for a year or two, then a Caddy, then back into a few more MK1 Golfs, then MK2 golfs, then I was forced into having company cars for a couple of years, then back into MK2 Golfs from then to present.
Anyway, enough dribbling.

Hi,  welcome to the club , I'm putting an agu into my mk1 …not decided yet whether to fit ko4 or stick with ko3 / ko3s …, ?  How much are your downpipes ?  Cheers

Thanks Jim, we don't do the K03/k03s fitment yet. I'm not happy with the way that the K03 sits in the engine bay and everything about it says either "set my car on fire" or "poor flow" We do have some ideas up our sleeve to make the K03 work properly but I'm saving that for a thread any time soon. The K04 setup was made for the MK1 and there's less chance of you getting the upgrade itch somewhere down the line. Our K04 setup works so well with the mk1 that we managed to get 3" pipework in there.
The K04 downpipe is £285 plus postage, but we're working with the club behind the scenes to get paid members free delivery and additional discount if we can avoid Paypal fees.
