hello ppl not really sure who iam talkin to but enyway iam Arran ive not long turned 21 an only past my teast for a year my first car is a golf and i think my last one will be ive been bang into them for as long as i can remember my babe is a 5door 1.5 gls its had 1 owner from new apart from me i got it for ?1oo an i think is the best thing ive spent my money on its had a lot of work to get it road wearthy but got there iam now thinkin ov a transplant but i wont to fined out the best options i woz on the net lookin and found this site and bye the looks of things ive come to the ryt place if enyone could shere there apions i would be veary thank full and iam also look foward to all the meets thank Arran

Firstly welcome to the site   !!  Secondly, for ?100 that's brilliant mate!!

As for the transplant people will have loads of ideas.  I think the chasis was only really designed for 150bhp or so I was told.  Seen cars with 250bhp plus though  :dontknow: … may need strengthening.

Sounds like you love it anyway which is why we are all here lol.  Any pics please?

HI welcome to the site, like spudfingers said thierstrength was designed to only take so much, best thing is to get it all seem welded it adds extra strength :wink:
