New bloke !

Hi everyone. I've just dug a mk1 gti convertible out of a lock up where it has sat for the last seven years. It needs a rad and an alternator and a really good clean, but has the makings of a great summer car. I towed it up to where a mate works and we jet washed all the dirt off it (and took it for a spin around the industrial estate !) but it looks like some of the panels are dented - especially the bonnet and could do with replacing. I'll be on the look out for some bits and bobs to complete this over the winter with a view to using it next year. I'm based near St.Helens and if anyone can help with sourcing a replacement bonnet, I'd be very grateful. Thanks folks.
