My new aquisition!

I have just aquired a D reg Caddy with a Golf GTi engine. It was supposed to be an unfinished project but apart from the engine which was only firing on 2 cylinders! There.s not much else been done! Take a look at the pics. Any advice is welcome!

I would loose the kit and change the grille and you are good to go.

I was thinking of removing the kit and putting it back on and smoothing it out! Getting her some nice Rims, possibly chrome. And totally respraying her something like Candy Yellow.

sounding good mate once you make any progress on the car pictures would be great

i'm not usually into kits on mk1's but i like the idea of refitting an smoothing it off.
i'd like to see it in soft cream and wood effect panelling down the sides.
 

Just fitted a new clutch and up rated the front brakes! Stripped the kit off too!
