My 1st Mk1 (ever) 1.8 GTI!!!! Pics!!!!!

After wanting a Mk1 for 5 years since i was 17 i have finally got one! It cost me ?1100!!!! and the body work is in great condition. no major rust. There is only one problem. Its running idle at 2rpm (help) I am so happy with and cant wait to start doing stuff to it. First stop is coilovers!!!!!!!! and then some 13's! then that is it.
i JUST LOVE IT! The old number plate in pressed metal, the splitter,the colour and the GTI!

What do yo think guys?

Be careful when choosing coilovers as you do get what you pay for
